What have you done to your P5 today?

looks legit, do any prepping before hand? or did you just spray over your previous paint job?

Prepping isn't necessary but I sanded down my pieces with 320 grit sandpaper and then wiped the pieces down with rubbing alcohol.

That Plasti-Dip seems like it would be a good thing to paint our grills with to keep them from fading. Mine doesn't look good at all.

I cleaned the IAC solenoid today and replaced my EGR with a used (but seriously cleaned) one. My semi-rough idle is semi better, but still not great. Either way, both of these things needed to be done. The IAC had buildup and my EGR was seriously nasty.

Going to do my rear passenger bearing tomorrow. Hope it is as quick as it is supposed to be!

Found a nice s10 I'm really diggin.Just need a truck to pull the jetski.

If it's bagged thats cool but IMO fullsize all the way. Unless you drop a small block in the Sdime. (i'm biased I turned my clean rust free all original RCSB chevy 1500 in for Cash 4 Clunkers and I still miss it)

So as i said earlier I got some eyelids from ebay and one was broken. They are sending me another set free of charge (^: oh not to mention the fitment is right on and they are 1/2 the price of DGM's

found out my back left tire is shredding like .5mm off from rubbing. guess Ill have to fix that somehow, roll fenders maybee? Should I go to a body shop? is it weird that only that back tire is doing that and not the other side (has maybe 1mm more offset to spare)?

That's normal, there's more room on the one side...

you sit on that side of the car so it tends to sit a tad bit lower

Prepped the backside of the rear wheel wells last night for some primer. I wire brushed both sides from the side skirt around to where the quarter panel meets the rear bumper. After washing it out and letting it dry I taped the body off and plan on painting the backside during my lunch break today.

Painting is done....after it dried I drove to the gas station to fill the tank.

Fishy, did you do your lower grill? Any prep or cleaning at all before you did it?

I just did my lower grille. Sanded what I could with 320 grit, wipe down with alcohol and then went to town. Looks really great, should be good for awhile now. (drive2)

pics?(couch)

Nothing to really see. I only painted the backside of the arches (inside the wheel well). Next up is to buy the bondo and get down to business. If you'd really like though, I can post pics of my quarter panels taped off.

So I drove around all day to find a shop that could fix my fenders that are shaving off pieces of my new tires ( >.5mm shavings). Also got a price quote on 4 Boston acoustics sr80 with an amp for $1046... think ill get them off the internet for like 500$ total (^;

If you're talking about speakers, I would strongly recommend components, and you only really need one pair for the front.
