Is it possible it is setup for towing so that the brake lights work if the car is being towed behind a motor home?

Possible... but an odd place to put it. there's no other way of getting to it withought taking off the bumper. but for now, il go with that

That's the funny part. i do have fogs and side markers... but thet do turn on when they are suppost to

I don't know if it is the same for the P5 buy on my crown Vic there was a plug like that for the air bag sensors. Could be like a diagnostic plug for resetting the sensors if you were involved in an accident. I'm fishing though lol.

In that area are the side markers, washer fluid motors, and the headlight. I believe there is a grounded power source that runs from either the headlight or the side marker lights to the washer fluid motors. My wiring down there is a mess, I have no side markers and my washer fluid motors currently don't work. Couldn't be sure

I use my wipers and fluid almost everyday. and i always use my fogs at night. i really do hope its not airbag related. last thing i need is to find out that the little plug not connected to anything didn't let my airbag go off.

All guesses are welcome!

so when i was in the garage earlier i looked at the 2 plugs, the one with 3 wires going into it went to my fog lights and the one that has 2 wires going into it goes to my washer fluid pumps.

I was using my washer fluid a wipers almost every day until the motor got weak and stopped pumping. anyone know where I can get cheap replacement motors. Any other models with compatible motors I could scrap?
