Question about Draxas

How long did it take all of you people to have anything from draxas shipped to you. I have sent them several email left messages and no one does anything about it. I just need to know how long the shipping is gonna take.

actually i might be able to ask the guy....Draxas is based in my city...Palmdale/Lancaster...if i can get ahold of him i will ask for you

Sorry to hijack the thread a little, but I have another question for Draxas (hopefully they will read this)

Anybody know if Draxas is planning on making a S.S. header? Their exhaust looks really well built (built by Thermal R&D, who make some really nice stuff), I just will not buy anything until the ENTIRE system is stainless. A ceramic coat header will last one or two years only up here in Ontario Canada with all the salt use in the winter.

I tried contacting Draxas on their page, but their forms section only accepts up to 12 characters or something stupid...kinda hard to ask a proper question like that....

Still no word from Draxas, im starting to get really annoyed. Ive left a message and sent like 5 emails. All i want is to know where my exhaust system is. Thats it one phone call or an email will clear it all up. I was gonna buy more parts from Draxas but now that I know their customer service I might just shop around.

I just ordered some parts from Draxas for a customer yesterday...I hope everything goes over smoothly. I sent them an email and called them and left a message there yesterday, the site said the parts were in stock...

I spoke with nikolas when i was in L.A. I know he is incredibly busy with the ford fuzion build he is taking to SEMA. Not trying to make excuses for him but just letting you know other projects look to be higher on the totem atm.

Too bad..looks like my money is going to go to other projects then atm.

I understand that he might have more important things going on right now, but I have left 3 or 4 messages and sent 4 or 5 emails over the past 2 months and not one reply. I mean all i want to know if how long it will be before i get the part i ordered 2 months ago. Im really not like pissed off or anything just dissapointed that customer service is so low at a company that makes quality products. This is the second exhaust ive bought from them and last time i got an email back 4 or 5 days after i sent them one. This time they have let their customer service slip a little too much,

This, Is why. I didnt buy there products. I was going to buy there exhaust with high flow cat and my injen intake. I gave someone else the business. Busy or not. Small shop or not. There taking peoples money and need to correspond better than they do. Ive heard people having to wait 2-3 months to recieive there exhaust. Thats way to long. Draxas isnt the only "quality" parts avaiable. You have other choices. And, there having fitment issues with there headers. Until they fix there customer service and products being in stock. I MIGHT buy from them. If not. No biggie. Theres other places out there. You cant really say anything on the "other" board. Since there a sponsor there. Theres alot of Draxas leg humpers on there. They always "defend" the product and customer service. No matter what.

unfortunately, my exhaust base kit took awhile to get here (thermal never sent it), and i think i had to wait about about a month just to get the cat delete (ordered it a day or 2 after the base kit-- another thing thermal never sent). I kept calling every day too.

It does take awhile. I'm not sure if Draxas is just a one-man company. A girl answered the phone on one of the days I called and said nik would call back, but he didn't.

i guess you just have to keep calling everyday like i did:)

Thermal makes Draxas Exhaust..so if Thermal gets backed up so will Draxas

i guess i dont understand why I should have to call everyday, if they can't return phone calls then dont tell people to leave messages. Hopefully it will get here in the next week or so but well see. If they are so overworked then they should expand, hire another person. Oh well

I just got an e-mail from Draxas last week and they said that they expect Mazda3 exhaust systems to be in stock by next month.

They said that the exhaust systems were in stock when I bought it. Thats why im mad. If i knew wasnt their fault and they were just waiting for them to be made I wouldnt care but they said it was in stock so i kind of expected it to be shipped to me soon.

I hate stuff like this. If it takes this long to BUY a system, imagine how long it would take to have it replaced under warranty if something went wrong, or to get missing pieces if a clamp or something is forgotten in the kit.

I just ordered my CORKSPORT system, which is much better built IMO. No slip fit connections in that system, only stainless steel bolt together flanges.

It's also not street legal and very loud (from what I heard)
