I know that Northern VA has emissions, but I think out in the stocks may not. That was why I owned the Wagner shorty header.I know they didn't have it in Wisconsin, and I don't recall it in Virginia, though I wasn't driving at that time, so never had a vehicle to know. your speed is OBD2 anyway so you wouldnt have to worry even if you were in an emissions county
Step 1.) Drive car to exhaust shop
Step 2.) Ask to have the cat cut out of the midpipe and plain pipe welded in it's place
Step 3.) Write check for $50
Step 4.) Use non fouler method to get rid of annoying CEL.
