OK, I just had a mostly decent experience using Mazda's Roadside Assistance program, no thanks to my ******* clunking squeeking orange **** on wheels. Towed the b**** away to the closest Mazda junkyard but they leave ME ******* stranded!!!! WTF?! Who are the stupid ***** running this program? What good does roadside assistance do me if I'm stranded and all they can offer is to take care of my CAR but leave my ass still stranded? How ******* hard would it be for them to supply a ******* car or at least a ******* taxi or SOMETHING?
Here's the LONG story for those that care to read it all......
I stopped to get some groceries on the way home from work, get them, get in the car to go home and the b**** won't start. Everything electrical works but she won't even turn over - like the starter is dead. Totally ******* bewildered I decide to call Mazda Roadside Assistance and they get a tow truck out to me in 30 minutes. I ask the lady HTF I'm supposed to get home with no vehicle and she's completely stumped -- basically says my best bet is to work that out with the dealership they're towing it to. Yeah, that makes a lot of sense considering the ******* dealership wasn't open, and no dealership is open on Sundays so I guess none of us are allowed to break down on Sundays.(ghey) I wanted to b**** her out (tried) but it turns out the people that answer when calling Mazda roadside assistance are just people from AAA that Mazda contracted out, so she just kept saying she agreed with me and that I'd have to call MAZDA to complain about that. The easiest part of the entire program should be for them to ensure I get home safely and free of charge - yet that's the 1 part they don't do. Lame as hell.
