Mazda Roadside Assistance = I need to b**** now

O.K. Here is my beef. Not with girth but with the public in general.

You will never make everyone happy and Mazda is a very small car compony compaired to most and they do the best thay can with the very limited money they have. They are not Lexus or Honda(witch does not offer any type of assistance unless you but the package) But peaple feel that when they buy a Mazda they should recieve the same treatment as if they bought a 50k car. Sorry it's not going to happen. If you want that kind of service you have to pay for it. I mean if the car is that bad sell it and try another manufacuter. You have a 50/50 chance it could be better. But it might also be the same or worst.

People expect way to much now a days. Heck I remember the day when you got a 12/12 wty and at 12001 you were on your own and nobody b**** and complained about it.

Heck, I remember the day when gas was 1.09....and people would drive around making mental notes of the 1.07 place a mile back (going back to your 12001 bitching and complaining, people b**** and complain about everything!)....
Also, Mazda is NOT a very small car company..... Mazda = Ford (in a way)

Also, If i buy a new car from a dealership...how much they're willing to KISS MY ASS (and give me stuff, like roadside assist.) is also a factor in whether or not i buy from them!

*sigh*...now if you don't mind, i have WORK to do.

Yes iirc mazda was owned by ford 33.3% or greater. What s up with our mazdas going on a sunday? I know my dealer wasn't going to be open cause it was around the holidays. It sucked cause I had to go to work. I had difrent situation with the roadside assistance than you did. Called and 2 rings I got a actual person and after figuring out where I was,(new to area the car took a dump) they took 30-45 mins to get there. The hardest part was seing the car srape as it was pulled on flatbed. They gave me a choice of what dealership to tow it to(No Brainer!). I had my roomate come get me but yeah a rental woud be nice but a rental wasn't avalabe due to the holidays and the enterprise eing closed as well. I would have had 45 minutes to wait for the dealership to open if it was any other weekend. I wish there was a better way of them handeling it but when it all comes down to it...remember you bought a mazda. There are a few good dealerships but you have to work hard to find them.
