Inner tie rod end size?

Any of you know the size of the square/hex end of the stock inner tie rods? I need to get a removal tool and was wondering if the harbor freight one has the right size adapter: http://www.harborfreight.com/inner-tie-rod-removal-set-96558.html

Also, Mazda lists two different part numbers (B25D-32-240 and B25D-32-250) for the left and right inner tie rods but all the aftermarket parts have the same number for both sides. They're both the same, right?

Aftermarket will be the same for both side I'm sure, as far as the size that I'm not positive on. It's a pretty common one so I would assume the tool would have it.
