the windshield? i was driving home from texas to chicago...in an winter/ice storm. took me 13 hrs to travel 998 miles to get there.. and 20.5 hrs to get back. i was about 3.5 hrs from home and cleaned the windshield with the wipers and noticed that huge crack just chillen on the windshield car was one week old. bought it the day before thanks giving and now have 3000+ miles on it. next morning i went to the dealer.

everyone (3 salesman, parts and service manager) asked me what was "wrong" with the car. when i told them "nothing, i need an oil change. they were all in disbelief. 7 days in owning the car and 2700+ miles later. Asked the parts manager for a price/part number on the windshield. Nothing yet. then i called PPG glass..nothing yet as well....

took the porter 3 times to wash the carto get it 80% clean. he declined my tip of $10 or so...heh.

it's great on a long trip. seats are very supportive. everything remains to be very quiet at "crusing" speeds from 80-110
very comfortable car. I really enjoy this car to feeling the suspension. meaning it's not 100% cushiony and comfortable. you can feel some of the bumps and slight "harshness" of the ride. Mazda sacraficed alil ride quality to make this car handle extremely well.

i recently had it up on the rack at work to take a peek underneath. 2 lower ball joints and one upper..and the rear suspension looks kinda race-carish like..heh
