exel rims

I understand that their customer service sucks a fat one, but for those of you with exel wheels how is the quality? I have an SVT Focus, and our wheel selection with the 4x108 bolt pattern kind of sucks. I found some wheels that I really want for a good price, but I am weary of the quality. Please, for those of you that have them, give me your opinions. Thanks.
i have had my rims for a year no problems. here is a pic

MY lug nuts are corroding like mad. I know i live in a sdtate where there is lots of snow, therefore lots of salt, but still. I've never had any other lug nuts corrode and rust. Its a load of BS. Other than my poor experience with them, and the fact that i'm going to need new lug nuts in the spring. I like my rims, and the tires were super cheap. I got the rims and tires for about what my local shop quoted me for just the tires...
Still I wouldn't reccomend buying from them, unless some miracle has happened and they: 1. have people who are competent running their customer service, 2. Have better quality lug nuts, 3. Can provide a tracking number within 2 days of when they supposedly got shipped, 4. Answer the phone speaking english not spanish, 5. ETC...
Buy at your own risk... you don't know what the hell you'll end up with.

they have two warehouses is it possible one in miami is ok and the other sucks? that would explain why some had great service as well as a tracking number and the others were less fortunate?

I don't think so. They don't give tracking numbers, although it's possible they did at one time. They may have more than one warehouse, but their calls come into their FL office, and you speak to the same customer "service" (used extremely loosely) no matter where you live.
