For those that got good service when did you order them? Sounds horrible time right now to order them, perhaps new mangement or increase order demand taxing them out.

Updates...

They still suck. Yesterday i called and they had no tracking info whatsoever, and said to call back today. SO i called today, and the lady gives me lip about how "they are having problems with UPS" and "don't know where anything is being shipped" No tracking information, no rims on my car, and i'm tired of sitting here without any answers. I suggest all of you wait to order rims from them until this "problem" is fixed. (bicker) (notcool) (chair) :mad: :flip:

Although I'm still skeptical due to being duped in the past, I received what could be promising information today. My wheels are apparently in transit and scheduled for delivery on Friday June 27th. I've spoken to the same girl, Jade, the past couple times I've called (so she knows my situation, and I was tired of getting 1001 stories from as many people). She gave me her "personal guarantee" that they will arrive on Friday. If it doesn't she told me to call her again. She read to me all the tracking information available, although she could not provide me with a tracking number. I asked her to make an exception for me based on my experience, and she wouldn't do it.

"whats a rim? whats a lug nut? whats an offset? explane tire sizes to me. why get 18s? 19s? is crome nice? wuts the difference between 4 and 5 lug? is 5 spoke nicer?" hahaha good luck to all! - chris
 
WHY THE HELL can they find tracking information for yours, but when i call they are having "problems with UPS tracking" and don't know when my wheels went out?! This is the biggest load of horse s*** i have ever heard! :wtf:
 
It sure sounds like they are instructed to stall orders, and to get people off the phone. I'm not sure what the advantage to them is, if they still have to produce a product eventually.
 
The advantage is that they can not stock wheels until they're ordered. Sounds like they are being difficult about tracking since they are technically not supposed to charge you until the items ship. If they did charge you and the items haven't shipped you should be able to cancel the order and get ALL of your money back. But they keep you in the dark to prevent you from doing that.
 
Yea the money cleared from my checking account on June 17th.
 
My credit card has already been charged and they are telling me "they should be in transit by now" WTF they should've been here last week!!
 
What's up guys? Sorry to hear about all your troubles, and I know how you guys feel. While I am in no way familiar with their particular situation, I know that once your UPS shipping system gets ****** up, it takes a while to get everything cleared up with them and transmitted. I also don't know what their situation is, and would also like to know what the hold up is. Also, it was mentioned that they might be having people issues, or even a management change. And while they are probaly not allowed to comment on what is going on, if they are having a management change it could effect things really negatively for a couple of weeks. If there was some kind of people change, chances are the old staff let things go to s*** for an extended period of time, and it will take the new people a while to find all of their ****-ups. Also, if it is found that they are simply slacking off and ****** people over, I will be right there with you guys bitchin at them. It was also mentioned in this thread that people should call them and keep asking questions and changing your order to annoy them. This is the dumbest thing to do in this situation, it will help nothing and most likely put even more of a delay on the shipping. Good luck on getting your wheels soon (hopefully today)!!!!!

P.S. If you can't tell I am in retail management, and I know how these things can be a big ass hassle.
 
Well i don't know how much trouble UPS is having. I got my reverse indiglos today via UPS and no problems, right on time. I really want to file a complaint with the BBB about wheelmax, but don't know what this involves.
 
Sorry, I should have been clearer. I didn't mean UPS as a whole I just meant the software that each shipper uses sometimes has issues, at least mine has. More power to ya, maybe something like a negative report will wake somebody up over there.
 
IcedMp5- I got my MSP wheels from mspeedpro on the board and paid a little over 800 for them shipped with the factory tires, in pretty decent shape, still rideable for a few k miles.

Go to their site and click the link to file a complaint.
 
Cool thanks guys. Hopefully i'll still end up getting my rims. I'm tired of driving like a grandma on 2 bent ones.
I need them soon!!
 
Hey Nate any news on your rims?
Mine are "in transit" and should be here in 3 days at the most

EDIT: I just called them AGAIN and they said mine are scheduled for delivery on july 7th. :wtf: 4-5 days my ass almost 4-5 weeks

Holy Cow! July 7th???

They could not have been in transit. UPS doesn't sit on packages that long.

Mine are supposed to arrive this afternoon. I'll let you know. . .
