Your having issues with the bushing? Do you have a vise, pound it out. It's pressed in.

It drives really good, just gotta get some o-rings, the injectors are leaking so I have a rough idol but other than that, its great! Oh, I also need to wire up my speedo. lol.

The p5 had a ACT Stage 1 in it, w/ a lot of meat left (thumb)

That's awesome Greg, why are the O-rings leaking did you guys swap the motor like I told you or did you mess with the intake?

Go find an MSP shifter and knob now. That P5 shifter looks lame. Tell Neox it's hella lame. He might have a spare.

damn its pressed in! I didn't want to have to take out the entire damn bar to slide in new bushings... the stupid little pin in the middle slides out extremly easy and their is a lot of play in the shifter due to the stock bushing to.

Nah, we kept my motor. Idk, thats what neox told me I needed, cause the injectors are leaking. We took the intake off to pull the motor.

Already got a TWM short shfiter, boot and bushing w/ a mazdaspeed leather weighted knob.

Damn it... well at least we can still make fun of him for not being able to drive a stick...

Lsd will probably go in later, it was just a p5 trans and I didn't wanna prolong the install anylonger.

I'm installing an oil pressure gauge on a customers(matrix)'s car..

the prosport gauge is what he ordered and the sender is 1/8" -27npt

anyone know what i need to get in a T fitting, to fit the back?we're gonna need it to fit both the stock one, and this sender unit.

Honestly, put the LSD in now and start getting used to it. I remember when I drove my MSP on my favorite back road for the first time, I couldn't believe how much difference there was between my old Protege and the new one. Both had nearly the same suspension, but the new one with the beefier sway bars and LSD took it SOOOOO much faster and smoother. I reccommend doing it now

Besides, Mazda put it in the MSP when they turboed it for a reason. TORQUE STEER!
