What have you done to your MSP today?

I definitely get worse mileage in my MSP than my P5. My p5 with a cracked intake tube still got 26-27 easy. Last tank in my MSP was around 22 but I know it's because of my heavy foot, i'm still getting used to the boost.

So I'm wondering if I can buy an individual wire for the ECU or if I have to buy an entire wiring harness. I am looking for the solid brown wire(pin #64) on the harness that controls the ABS.

I haven't done anything to it today but drive it but tomorrow Im buying a set of cam seals and a valve cover gasket so I can put in this J spec intake cam and CS exhaust cam. By the way, for those that have swapped cams before, what type of lube did you use for the cam lobes and stuff?

I would recommed oil.. seeing as thats what lubes them. are you sure you're not going to have to reshim?

so far, I haven't heard of people reshimming with these cams, everyone that has used them to my knowledge has pretty much just dropped them in with no changes at all.

edit: found the installation instructions on the CS website. It is the assembly lube I was talking about.

Well it's not right at the pin that my problem lies. The wire is damaged and my dad soldered it but I still think the connection is ******.

and those headlights are sexy!

If your just replacing part of a wire, then just get the same gauge wire, solder and heatshrink it. its not special wire unless theres a fuseable link or its shielded (i think just the 02 wire is shielded).

I was wondering about that too, thanks.
