I do not belive so. I think they are not water cooled. you can check out more info on those turbos at freshalloy.com its a nissan site.

if i am not mistaken, the sr20's have a t28

S13=t25, S14and15=t28

The SR20 T25s are similar, but not a drop in replacement by any means for a MSP.

yea that sucks...they got deal on ebay...for mad cheap prices (not sure on quality tho) on sr20 t28

All sr20det turbos are water cooled... I've owned them all s13-s15. They are small though, if you were looking for an upgrade I'd go with the s15 t28bb or a gt28r (same thing no divider wall). They are good for roughly 320whp at 18-21psi max. I personally had a gt28r on my sr20 and it pushed 318whp at 19psi.
