no, no patch, you simply replace an existing car in game with a new one that you downloaded. a simple process of backing up the original files, and replacing them with new ones

(fixed wheels, dont sink in the ground anymore)
EDIT: yes, i know, rims a bit too big, its not the final version, so i'm not worried about that
