Replacing back wiper

:
CX5
How hard is it to buy and replace the back windshield wiper? Cx5 2018 Mazda was going to charge me $36 to do it today and I was debating if it's worth just buying a replacement off amazon.

New "rubber" installed on your oem arms is the easiest. Installing new blade is easy as well and most autoparts stores and even Walmart and such will do it for free. At least they used to.

In my own CX-5, I generally replace the whole blade (not the arm part).

It's simple. Twist off of the "hooked" end of the arm, then insert the new blade in its place (reversing the 'twist' maneuver). Takes less than 60 seconds, including fumbling with the packaging.

I have purchased the OEM Mazda rubber inserts from amamzon. It's not very hard to replace them. I think I paid about $14 for the front pair
