mazdaspeed protege 03 spark plugs

I wouldn't get the Iridiums. They're not worth the money and they fouled on me in no time.

NGK ZFR6F-11 gapped at .028-.032 all the way.

I run coppers one step colder NGKs what are the mods on the car??
It'll help us determine what plugs you might need. higher boost or moderate to highly modified should run onme step colder as a safe guard. The coppers require more frequent replacement but they are cheap so who cares.

I had no problems with the Iridiums, and they weren't too expensive. definitely noticed a difference - I could back out of a parking spot on a level surface using only the clutch. then again, I put them in an NA Protege ES as opposed to the MSP (I actually did it after reading very positive reviews on this forum, circa three years ago... if I recall correctly, supposedly the ZFR6F-11's are stock on the JDM NA 2.0L engine). perhaps something specific to the MSP or even your car could have caused your fouling problem?

no mods yet i dont know how to upgrade it i wish i could i just brought the mazdaspeed protege i love the car and it needs tune up ngk v-powers or denso ik20s ? i should change the spark plugs cables?
