Is there anyway to get anti-lag (launch control) for a msp?

Hey guys,
im new here and looking to find out more info..
I own a 2003 Mazdaspeed Protege
so far my mods consist of
HKS BOV
Full corksport exhaust
FMIC
and exterior mods..

alot of my buddys with there wrx's and dsm's have anti-lag (I think its great! lol) and ive been on the search to see if theres anyway to get a chip or whatever i'd need to do to have it..

any info would be great..Thanks!!

id be careful with anti lag. kills your turbo life alot. but i guess its just how much u use it to

anti lag and 2 step are different in how they work and when they work.

anti lag will cause unwanted wear and tear on the turbo and manifold because the explosion of unspent gas and 50deg retarded timing makes the explosion happen in the manifold or turbo, in order to keep is spooled in between shifts. This causes a loud popping between shifts, and if you have a cat.....it will fry. 2 step helps spool up for a launch and is more like a rev limiter that keeps air going through the turbo just enough to be in positive pressure like 5-10 psi, depending on the rpm that the 2 step is set at.

I have had 9 dsm's and most had antilag and 2step, I have also cracked many stock manifolds and burned up many turbos due to the antilag. Hopefully this helps

just get a haltech standalone it has both. dont waste your time with n2mb, it dosnt sound as cool as u think and it dosnt work to well.

Well it dosnt sounds good to me. I dont know about you guys, i guess its just preff.

anti lag and 2 step are not for street.........antilag would be good if you do some SCCA events or something but otherwise neither is made for DD duty
