Help Please-Emergency

right, ok, try mashing the pedal down when you're already in that RPM range... I'm thinking your wastegate itself might be sticking, if its sticking in the open position you'll never build boost correctly. Also, pick up a new set of plugs. Seeing as you think the WGA replacement has helped, you might have burnt out your plugs while it was bad. I'd recommend the NGK ZFR7FS if you're running 10 psi, they're one step colder than stock...
other posibilities: MAF should be replaced, hard to diagnose without seeing/feeling..

I just replace the plugs with ngk iridiums like two days before i installed the atp and i wasnt driving the car hard at all so i think they should be good even though the car was driving like crap, and i just changed the oil but i switched from 5w to 10w. Id have to say that the atp is sticking because that was something i was thinking but i didnt know how to explain it.

well my car stopped acting the way it was but then it started the not be able to boost good thing when i installed the atp. Also, it runs good when im not boosting but when i am it starts to cut. Im thinking maybe if I install the larger boost lines it might help it because I have ran the larger boost lines before and it seemed to run good, but it was illeagl and i had to get my car smogged so i took them off.

yea my vac hose is really short from my boost controller to my atp so that may be causing a pinch

the intake manifold... and brake booster lines should be farely easy to locate... you could either run a vacuume block, or just get an appropriate fitting to tap into the booster line.

I think that im going to try the larger vac lines and see how that goes first, and here is the only pic of my actuator i hav so far

Ugh, I hate to say it but my car is starting up the bogging thing again when I try to accelerate from a complete stop and it probably relates to me not being able to boost correctly. I think it is the fuel delivery so im probably going to have to take it in and get it diagnosed by mazda.

Ive tried my auto stores and none of them stock a msp fuel filter. Does anyone know a good site that i can get a fuel filter for an msp.

Okay, I recently just realized it but I have white exhaust coming out of my exhaust pipe. Does anyone know what the problem is, Maybe a blown head gasket, I don't know for sure.

So should i take the turbo off, take the turbo apart and re seal everything. Wat do i use to re seal it? That is a likely suggestion though because of the black residue i found around my turbo.

you'd have to rebuild the turbo... given your question, I'm going to say you don't have the know-how to do so... find someone who rebuilds turbos, or just go buy a new or already rebuilt one....
