Code 0037 Please help

I recently have had a problem with my 2003.5 MSP. At around 1500 - 2100 RPM, at steady cruise, the car will buck like it is getting fuel cut. If I accelerate through this RPM range, it runs fune. It runs fine above this RPM range. I got the codes read. This is what I got: 0037, 0102, and 0138.
I have had the 0138 since I bought the car. Both the 0138 and 0102 codes are related to the O2 sensor. I modded the last O2 sensor with a Sparkplug non fouler. It did not remove the 0138 code. The 0037 code is new. It is related to the MAF. This is the code I think is causing the issue. Any comments would be apreciated. A new MAF is $177, so I do not want to just replace it if it is not broken. Thanks.

Sometimes its best not to simply replace the part(s) referenced in the code(s) as that often does not solve the problem. If they have been tested and proven to be dead, then that is another story.

Only the P0102 is related to the MAF, the P0138 and P0037 have to do with the 2nd 02 sensor. Its giving both a low and high reading while the MAF is giving a low reading to the PCM.

Here's what I would do:
1) check and confirm that there are no vacuum leaks
2) check wiring for MAF and 02 sensor
3) check and replace pcv if its clogged
4) check and clean air filter on intake if needed
5) clean both the MAF and 2nd O2 sensor with electronics cleaner.
6) reset PCM
