i like the white protege, is it actually an 03.5 speed painted white or is it photoshopped? I agree it needs some different rims, maybe some torque's
hah

Dont think its a speed. Check out the two toned mirrors and sunroof.....

Could have me fooled though.

ok so i think we can all agree that "pirana" has the best looking banana yellow Msp
Hey thanks, I'am honored. (wiggle)

That white Protege needs at least a set of Konig Imagine wheels (if inexpensive) or a set of RGIIs (thumb)

I always thought my Silver MSP was the best.

Don't you guys tink so too?(naughty)

(2thumbs) - very nice, diggin' it dude. I've got too many little things I want to do before I post mine.....and for the record, Black Mica (first) Yep, I'm way biased - wonder why?! lol

Well my hat goes off to all the black MSPs (ie sandspeed, or most definitely 505zoom). Its a lot harder to make the blk MSPs stick out like the rest of the colors.

I may not be the best Titanium but I think im definatly the runner up and looking to take Cindy's title. I need some CF. I should take some pics of my dash too.......hmm.

I like the setup. What kind of numbers are you putting down, what type of turbo?
Also, who makes that grill? I've searched around but can't find it...

Setup is Full MAM thumper conversion w/ GT30/40R. I dont know what my numbers are yet I have to replace my MM's before I even consider hitting the dyno. Im only curently running 5PSI and its a beast even at that level so it has tons of potential. I havent decided on EMS yet and ran into a bit of a financial bind that I just crawled out of. The car will be paid off soona dn when it is im buying a MS6 and parking this thing for weekends only. This is, BTW, the same kit Cwill used to hit the 11.9 QM time. It has alot of potential. Im thinking of going with a slightly smaller compressor cartridge though..... only tim will tell. I will be using only racegas in it with methonal injection. My goal is to break 300WHP on stock bottom end reliably.

That grill is a Mint Blue and im almost positive it is out of production now.

PS I am running a J and S safeguard so no my car is not totally unprotected.

Correct me if I'm wrong but Cwill made a 12.4 @115mph pass on 13-14psi. Unfortunately he never made another pass at the track with more boost(400whp). He is helping me out with my built motor as we speak and we should have it in the car hopefully in a month. Some of the parts that were on his car at that time are going to be used on mine, however, I will have a different turbo/manifold/cams/ems setup.
Thats too bad about the grill, but maybe I can find one in the future.

Im 98% positive he is the one that made the 11.9 second pass.

OT: But, are you serious? No matter how much protection you allow, the rods are still as only as thick as my pinky finger.

Yea, attempting to bend the laws of physics in this case would not be recommended. (lol2)

It can be done...an long as you dont fuel cut, rpm cut where the rotating mass is jerked...I was doing 279whp on stock internals for over 1 year. I had a problem with my MAF and fuel cut so I could never tune the car on 14 psi which it would have gotten my to the 300whp on stock internals. Its all on the tunning. I encourage you to do it, but with the knowledge that you are "walking on thin ice" in this case thin rods. You got to pay to play.

Walking on thin ice is all part of the fun. Like I said by the time I do actually take a shot at this the protege will be but a meer weekend/project car. If I fail then so be it. And I dont think 300HP is all that crazy. Pirana and 505zoom did over 270 reliably on just premium gas. This car will only drink 100+ octane with a shot of methonal. Im sure it is very posible with careful tunning and the J and S to help me along the way. This is part of the reason my car does not have to many mods other then performance. Ive been planing this for some time now. All I need at this point is the EMS, some injectors and one of two other bolt ons I want to do. Oh yeah and a spare car incase something happens. I will either be the first or a statistic. I cant wait for either.

did someone say silver msp lol not the best looking one on here but ill post pics anyway.
