In English, please?!

And since it seems to belong to another customer, I say return it. Did you save the receipt?

I wonder if that is considered stealing, the ATM machine is private property, it doesn't strike me as being any different than if you just saw $ 200 sitting on a desk inside the bank.

Since there is a receipt, I would not go to the police department about it, instead just go to the bank that is affiliated with the ATM machine.

i say "retune" it too! always take the high road! plus, you're on video!

hey, my mom lost her bracelet, worth about a 1grand, she goes back to the story and yes, some 12 year kid had turned it in...my mom called his school, the local paper and sent the kid a card a $100...Merry Christmas!

You are forgetting that ATM machines have video survelance. If your buddy was stupid enough to use the ATM after taking the cash...it won't be long before the cops come knocking on your door.

You never know, the owner of the money could have been kidnapped right as they were taking money out!

Yeah definately retune it.

I doubt the kidnapping thing because the money is still there. When you kidnap someone from a ATM machine, you have them empty thier account before you tell them to get in the car.

That comes from "Kidnapping for Dummies".

C'mon man. That money was prolly for some little kid's Christmas presents. Return it...for the kids! Give someone a Merry Christmas.

I don't think it's stealing. It's akin to finding a quarter in a pay phone. I do think he should return it though. There's a difference between unethical and illegal.
