2007~2015: CX-9 Factory Stereo (Bose Amplified) Replacement Problem!

Hello,

I ran into a problem installing a new stereo on my 2014 Mazda CX-9 with Navigation (Bose amplified).

the factory wiring is different than the wiring harnesses that are sold online.

i need to know what is the wires names for these harnesses?

in my Mazda CX-9 there is a 16pin and a 20pin and a 6 pin harness.
Pin Diagram (Main harness) , (only 14 pins connected ):

What kind of new stereo are you installing and where did you purchase it? I am asking because I installed a BOSS Carplay capable new unit and I purchased it from Crutchfield. They provided the custom harness I needed and it was plug and play for me. Perhaps you can reach out to them regarding the proper conversion harness? They had excellent support, for me at least.

the thing is i got this from Crutchfield , they said they don't have a harness for this type :(
 
Is a return possible and get one from a place that does provide a harness, or has that ship sailed?

At the very least they should be able to give you steps to hard-wire the unit. Very poor customer support in my opinion.
 
I have the same head unit and struggling for 2 years now to find the right harness.
This original unit from Denso or Fujitsu Ten or Eclipse is no longer available and i couldn't reach out to their customer support.
