I am consider to smoke my tail light with VHT niteshades, but i found out there are 3 types VHT nitesades

From what Ive read the first one is what you should use, I cant really tell if the second one is the same with different art, the third is window tint, but the first one I know is on the VHT website, as nightshades. Hope that helps

I used the first one. along with some clear enamel to give it a nice mirror like shine. Mine came out great, I love it

use gloss black spray paint and clear coat spray paint works better and is way cheaper

sorry, no pics. got no digi cam. But I practiced on a spare taillight I had and then did mine. came out great and nice and shiny. it wont be shiney if you dont use a clearcoat though. I used duplicolor clear engine enamel I bought from pepboys. stuff is real shiney

tape off that area and then mask the rest of the light then tint it

this will sound really stupid, but if you look at my sig when you see the back of my car the turn signal is tinted red can't see it the best, but, thats an idea
i can't get a normal pic up now cuz cardomain is being gay, but i know there is someone who has just that part of their light tinted i just can't remember who? maybe it was DIS or Nate0123 i can't remember?

I've had a lot of requests to post some pics of my tail lamps in daytime and at night and I'm finally doing it. The car came with tinted tails and I'm assuming it was done with Nightshades. I would never go back to running the red tails. I think they look terrible with the Spicy Orange.
