okay, i haven't had a problem with this, so i'm just throwing a suggestion out, but is there a chance you guys don't have the proper timezone setup in the USER CP? or maybe the auto dst is turned off? (daylight savings) .. just a guess.. the time seems to be okay for me all day long..
