Which Wires

I currently looking at the Nology hotwires for replacing my stock spark plug wires. They are listing for around $150 plus. Other brands go for around $50. are the Nology really worth the price differance or should I go with a different aftermarket brand.

1.)Which set of wires is the best for the buck?
2.)What kind of gains are we looking at in replacing your stock wires?
3.)Why are Nology wires cost so much?

I think that there is only 1-2 people with nology wires on ther MSP. I cant remember which one it was but he said that he couldnt feel a difference power wise but they did smooth out his idle.

I've also heard the same thing.
IMO, spend your money elsewhere, where it'll be felt. How about a short shifter?

Just get some high diameter copper wires from some other performance company. For 150 bucks though, the connectors better be platinum, jeebus.

don't they have a built in capactor? so ur spark plug fires with more power..

Nology is a nice looking system but I agree that the bang for buck in the performance is lacking...

so since only 2 wires are being replaced on the msp, is it even worth it to replace them? and nothing was mention here, but what is out there that we can use as a higher diameter wire?

I just thought about this last night, the coils sit on top of two of the plugs, so you have direct fire on two of the plugs and maybe the aftermarket wires help the two other plugs fire like the direct fired ones! maybe im wrong but it is a thought

If you really want wires, just go for the Sparkco wires. Good price, lots of colors available and a large diameter wire. I am happy with mine, a good appearance mod that also smoothed out my idle and helps the gas mileage.

Wires themselves look great! nice and hefty exactly what i was looking for. installed new plugs at the same w/ new mbc. and car feels BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!. But i really want to comment on the excellent customer service i got from sparkcoonline. kept up communication through out the whole ordering process. and double checked to make sure i was happy w/ the product after i installed. good experience over all.
