naw, after my friend efed up the front end i just bought a new hood and asked the body guy to do some fabricating. the scoop is off a 87-88 turbo thunderbird. cut the hood and placed it in. i might try again for a more flushed look. found thunderbird on the road the other day and say how it was cut out on there.

More pics?

Sliced my wrist on the rotor while swapping out the front suspension. I have never come away from working on my P5 uninjured.

I beat the crap out of my P5 at Mid-Ohio race track for Hyperdrive. I'm officially addicted to motorsport. I'll be doing much more tracking with my car.

Oh- and I've got 126,ooo miles on my original FS-DE and took a lot of turns at 5,ooo rpm. Drove it 1-1/2 hours to the track and 1-1/2 hours from the track. Not one single fault or issue with my car. Granted the session on track was only 20minutes. But they will get longer next year. So everyone can breath a little easier about their FS-DE's. If you take care of your motor, it will last. I've met too many cats who want to sell their MSP's and P5's simply from all the nay-saying on forums about how terrible these motors are. Yes, they aren't the best motor out there, but I honestly don't think they are nearly as fragile as everyone says. [end rant]

Hopefully I'll have pics up soon from the track day. All in all, an amazing day with my beloved P5 and I. (alright)

Nope. I don't want those headaches. (shady)

I know I just opened a can of worms with that original post.
