I just got my Bridgestone RE760's. Incredible tires. Finally got around to springerizing my P5. Cleaned her up for about 6hrs yesterday. Put the GtSpec strut bar in last week (thanks BazookaJoe!). The trunk is set up to be autox friendly. The sub is held in place with velcro on the bottom. This has passed the Dragon test. haha! Next up is wheel spacers. Thinking about 15mm.

Looks good. My wife will be rockin' those same wheels on her '10 MZ3 for summer.

After washing the wife's 3, I polished the headlights again.....3rd time in approx 6months....looks so much better. And thanks to bazooka joe for the hood shown in my pics. :)

Wow, headlights look A LOT better. It makes the hood flow a lot better, I didn't like it at all when you first posted but your lights looked bad too.

Did my Tranny Fluid change from whatever was in it, to Redline MT90 gear lube.
Also did a brake inspection and it looks like ima get on tirerack and get me some new centric blank rotors and some Hawks HPS Pads for the front.
Rears are still good to go :D

Get your headlights clear-bra'd so that you never have to polish them again.

Started my motor/trans swap today:

Got both manifolds off, all accessories disconnected, all harnesses disconnected, intake, battery, front motor mount, and cross bars out. Intake manifold prepped with new fuel rail and injectors. 3 motor mounts, shifter linkage, and axles, and motor/trans are ready to come out tomorrow.

That also included a trip to kragen and sears for a 32mm socket for the axle nuts, a sparkplug socket, and a socket adapter set.

And that was all done without air tools

Wow, Circuit. My hat's off to you, sir. That's A LOT of work, especially without airtools. Well done.

Why the swap?

Ill post up and exhaust vid just for you....tomorrow. lol

Also washed and waxed. Heading for the monthly all mazda meet!

My first AutoX ever coming up this week...I need to get a battery tie down...that is all I can think of...do they check brake pads...mine just started squealing...

Anyone have any pictures of a sunburst yellow P5 with matching headlight bezels? It's a long shot but it's worth a try.
