Got a crazy high speeding ticket for passing someone on a 2 lane road.. 8( Hopefully a traffic attorney can help me out, or at least keep the 4 points off my rec.

In order to get out of it, you will probably have to pay the ticket+court fees+attorney=goto traffic school and loss of money

We will see. Two other guys got pulled over for the same thing for passing an old bug going to slow.

I have actually had 21 points due to some really stupid driving when I was younger. Drifting in parking lots, just taking off chirping through gears, and racing. All of the points are gone now, but now that I'm more mature, I atleast look before I do anything stupid. ha. jk. I drive much safer now...

It was dark and no one saw the cop(spoke with the other two guys that got tickets). I have no problem paying the $265 ticket becuase I was speeding but I didnt want to spend all day in the on coming traffic lane either. lol However if I can keep it off my record I will damn sure try. I havent had a ticket in about 3 years so hopefully that will work in my favor and only two in my life time.

The werid thing is that when we all got pulled over we all got a ticket for the same speed... the guy in front of me was going faster then I. I also don't think the MSP can do 68 in 2nd gear lol. I'm not going to try it either.

Edit: I had jsut shifted out of 2nd when the lights came on... didnt even make it into the next gear yet.
