LoL that was a low blow. There was a Lancer around here that had no front bumper for ever I saw the car today and it had a bumper back on it, lol it was bumperless for three years.

that cost over 3k, his is alot more ****** up then mine was, and they didnt replace much at all
Did ya get a kiss? lube at least!?!?! What all did they do for that to cost more then 3k? Because they had to do more then replace the fender, fender liner and paint(blending it in as well) it to charge you 3k either that or they saw you coming from 10 miles away!
Edit: replacing both headlights, grill, front bumper, front lip, fog deletes, bumper support and paint would cost me less then 2k to have it all professionally done by the insurance co. A little under 1.8k to give you a closer figure, and thats using all new OEM dealer parts.

I knew their was a lot more damage then what you were showing for it to be over the 3k range. Even then the other guy might not have as much damage as you. Now lets see the picture of the rest of the damage.
that was the worse of it, my wheel was turned cus the alightnment was all ****** up but that was it, i did not think it was that bad tell i got the bill haha, and mine looks like nothing compared to that guys so thats why im saying it looks like it could be a total loss, they were thinking of totaling mine out at 3k and his will be well over that

That sure looks like oil on the ground so add another $$$$... maybe tore up the oil cooler and/or pan and/or oil lines to the turbo, pickup, girdle...

You never know he could come out a lot less then you but then again body shops are crooks imo. The bodyshop qouted 300 a headlight for the msp and I can get that same headlight from the same place(they show where they get it from on the qoute) for 98 bucks. (screwy) Legally they can only mark up 25% from what I understand! Crap like that gets cars totalled out way to easy.
hell as far as we known he would just have to replace two aprts of the suspen, fender, and and alignment and hes all set. forgot about the wheel.
its deff more then that bro and suspension is ass tons of money to do anyways, if the frame is tweaked in any way its done for, and your right they are crooks im glad its not my money that paid

There is no law saying how much a company can mark up a part. Or not that i have heard of, my family owns a body shop and while we dont fix cars for other people, I have never heard of such a law.

You never know tell you get under and look at it. I've seen trucks (i know not a car) that look like theirs no way it should even roll due to the suspension damage. A few hundred bucks later they are up and running.
that is true, im just going off what it was like for me and my accident, plus i talked with ken for a bit about it and said if there is even a slight bit of frame damage it will automaticaly get totaled due to how our frame is
