What have you done to your MSP today?

Put on amber side marker's. Changed fpr. Checked computer for any loose wire's. None found.

Walbro Fuel pump next week. Then if my CEL does go away I can order the AFC and 440's, along with HKS wga. Shananigan's.

So the mod bug is hitting me hard right now. Knowing that I will be taking out the mani/turbo/spipe again to replace my steedspeed I am thinking of upgrading to a disco potato. I would like to know if the ATP I just bought would work on the 28rs or not. If not, not a huge deal and I would like to know what the 28rs spring is set at? 6 psi?

Would you guys say it's "safe" for me to run a 28rs with my mods? Check sig for all my s***. Also I have a greddy Profec B coming in the mail so I guess I could just use that to prevent spiking for now ;) (don't want to go boom boom)

no, same WGA won't work.

As long as you tune it safe you should be fine. as for boost level, depends which WGA you run (obviously)

I figured that, but I would just use the spring that comes with it then.

Dude... I'm beginning to think you want to blow it up...

LOL. Well I bought the Greddy thinking of using it for the stock turbo to get 8-9psi only. But I'm just thinking ahead since I would like to go forged sometime in the future, and I would need these items to make it worth my while. Though I cannot afford to build the motor at this time, so just taking small steps. Ah hell, why am I explaining myself? LOL! We all want teh powerz!

Yea that's how I would do it. Money is getting tight though so it's in the distant future. Forget I mentioned the 28rs, I can't afford to buy that now anyway lol.

So wrong you don't even know.

I don't think you've ever driven an MP3, so how do you know? :D
Better steering ratio ftw. ;)

*Ok, I'm not trying to start a pissing contest, haha. Sorry Wagon.
I'll try to be ~50% on topic, as it's not technically a MSP, lol.

Trying to get a new front strut bar. :) May be my first GT Spec part, hopefully... Probably will start a chain reaction for GT Spec stuff tho, lol. May order some vent visors/rain guards today as well...

I find it funny that you're considering steering ratio to be the factor that trumps a turbo.

(headshake

No ty. If it happens, a turbo on MP3 > MSP... (shrug)

No, I said MP3 w/ turbo trumps MSP. All I meant was that I would turbo my MP3 b4 I went out to get an MSP. I knew I shouldn't have even joked about it here. Sorry, MSP is JC risen.

*Edit, this is all I was referring to. The MP3 rack isn't faster, per se.

So, with that said, the steering ration is "quicker" meaning you can turn it easier and thus faster even though you need to turn the wheel a little more to get the same radius (but this is small.. about 10 degrees of the steering wheel or 0.03 revolutions). I guess the meaning "quicker" is a little deciving.

ahh I gotcha. Id never seen that before. so just spray water at high boost for a cooling effect?
ya, I just hooked up the windshield wiper fluid tube to a small garden spray nozzle thing that sprays 180 and double sided taped it to the back of the reinforcement bar pointed at the SMIC (if you have a FMIC I guess you'd have to put it somewhere in the bumper area, but ya it's just a quick and really easy DIY thing, and then I just put water in the windshield wiper fluid reservoir (distilled/filtered though) and instead of manually spraying my windshield (since I don't have spray nozzle in the CF hood) I spray my IC.. it's a nice little thing, easy.. that and the "ram air" scoop I put in under the reinforcement bar going to my SMIC helps out quite a bit sometimes.. easy(kinda, the ram air thing was kinda a pain) things to do that help

you should get one with us! we just need 5 more people, otherwise you'll just have to try to find a used one somewhere unless you have some connection with someone that I don't really know about, only way to get them is GB (toetap) lol
