Tranny problems

Mazda USA is giving me the run-around, i'm waiting for a call from the costomer service supervisor. I'm will also be talking to a lawyer really soon. This kind of crap really bothers me, whats the point of having a warrenty if nothing is covered. But i'm fighting the good fight on this one.

That's total B.S. Please keep us posted. I have an 05 MTX, I have yet to have a problem *knock on wood* but I only have 6K on the odo. I'll keep watch on 3rd. Did you do any hard shifting or just regular stuff?

regardless there is no way you could kill all the synchros that quick in a car, unless the synchros were faulty which is the case here.

Mazda usa is backing faulkner mazda and no body is going to cover the tranny under warrenty no matter what. So i'm contacting a lawyer and going from there. So more crap from Mazda usa. So with a lawyer we'll see what happens, i'm completly pissed about this. (fu) Thats for the dealerships.
Btw I've only done reagular shifting, nothing hard at all.

That's the same s*** they pulled with me and my body control computer. Luckily I had a contact and could get a new part for free,otherwise I would have contacted legal council.

As it ended up, I paid for them to fix the car(cheaper then taking it to another place) and after my lawyer talked to them they rembursed me 85% of the total cost. Ended up costing me about $400. Better then $2800 i guess. Now i'm looking at the turbo from hiboost and then my tranny and thinking i need a whole new drivetrain if i'm gonna buy that turbo. lol

yeah if it died without forced induction it will definatley die with it.
