Hi Ya, bought a new 2025 CX-5 Premium Plus in Sept, currently has 2,400 mi. Was accelerating from 40ish to 55 and it felt like something slipped then the dashboard lights came on. Immediate lights were check engine light, solid not flashing. Also on was AT Transmission warning in center console which would after a few minutes rotate to error about smart city breaking. Also on is the Traction Control System dashboard symbols. It was 60 degrees on a sunny day, gently accelerating, when all these came on.

I did not lose acceleration/power, it just felt like something slipped. Something similar happened on Thursday and I made an appointment to take it in on Friday but when I started the car Friday all the symbols were cleared. I figure it was just some kind of fluke and it had reset itself, until today. Both times it has happened between low forty's and 55.

Earliest appointment I can get is Tues which I am going to come hell or high water. Having to take the car in for warning lights at 2k is not instilling a lot of confidence in me. Anyone have any ideas on what this may be?

Dealership Update: They are telling me its a faulty torque converter. They are communicating with corporate, I presume to get approval to change out the converter. I have not even had my first oil change yet. Should I be thinking about taking a hit and selling this thing as soon as its running again? I have no mechanical knowledge and have no idea if this is going to come back to bite me again. If anyone could give me some perspective on how concerned I should be about the long term outcome I would really appreciate it.
