Not likely. I think the spider cracking is screen delamination from stresses potentially caused by temperature shifts.

Take it to the dealer and see if they can help. If they refuse, escalate to Mazda Corporate. Because this is not a recall program, and because the SSPB9 doesn't reference the Mazda6, there's no guarantee that they'll agree to fix/replace the screen for you, but you can try to pursue a goodwill replacement.
Worst case scenario, you are denied assistance and you either live with it, or attempt to replace the failed part yourself (or buy the parts and have someone else replace it). If that happens, here are some links to help you find replacement parts:

I never bothered to take my car in for a possible replacement by dealer as my CX-9 is 2019 and out of the warranty period(I think. Car was purchased as a certified pre-owned so maybe still have some additional warranty or maybe I have exceeded the miles/time already) and not on the TSB.
Either way I figured it would be less hassle to get an aftermarket one and replace myself.
