According to the rule, it sounded like you could only remove the muffler itself, meaning you'd have to cut the pipe right before the muffler. Am I wrong? I also just realized my wheels don't qualify for stock class because the offset is 42 while stock is 55. Now I'm going to have to bust my butt finding wheels with a 49 or 50 offset. Thankfully no one really cares locally and there's no way I am running national.
