Oh yes

Sorry: off topic, but . . .
I mounted my second 02 sensor down a ways from the first one. The first one is in the downpipe and the second is back behind the "second" cat (which is now my only cat). I thought I would fool the system in terms of getting a cat between the two sensors. But it didn't work, unless of course, it isn't the O2 sensor that is causing the CEL!

I'm going to stop reading your post pretty soon perfworks! :)

if it is behind the second cat then it is fine
it is there to chec the efficiency of the cat
you need to find out what code its stating
if your running real rich and the voltage clamp is sending an ok signal to the ecu under boost and the o2 is sensing cat efficiency low then it will trip a CEL that the cat is not working properly or that it is overloaded(too much fuel)

The second cat is not as effiecient as the pre-cat. if yoru second O2 is either A behind the 2nd cat or B not behind the precat or just not hooked up you will throw a CEL the O2 emissions monitoring on the protege is ridiculous. And yes the O2 simulator I bought is working still you can get is from lake effect performance it is the EGC simulator.

OK boys and girls its done here it is with the coating....I still need to do some porting so not quite done but for the most part yes it is.
