Greetings to fellow CX-9 owners,
I have spent a few months researching a replacement for my 2004 Odyssey (lots of this time was spent on this forum). The van was getting old, and I did not want to replace it with another minivan. After much of research, and test drives, the CX-9 emerged as a clear winner. All the reviews about "fun to drive" were right.
Finally, on Tuesday, after 2 weeks of shopping around, I took a day off, and bought a new 2011 CX-9 GT AWD, with Bose/Moonroof, Pwr Liftgate, and a bunch of other options, which I thought I could not care less about, but now starting to like more and more. Decided not to take a Nav, did not really like it, and did not want to give up 6 CD disk changer - and pay extra $1400 in the process. It was quite a challenge to find GT withouit Nav in Blue color, they seem to be quite rare. And I could not go with Touring - just had to have my 20 inch wheels and HID headlights
Here is what I got on my 2011 CX-9 GT AWD:
Moonroof and Bose Audio with 6 disc CD Changer
Power Liftgate
Remote engine start
Roof Rails
Splash guards
All-weather floor mats
Moonroof wind deflector
Wheel locks
Paid $34,850 (includes all fees), plus tax. I think I got a good deal, considering all options, invoice was $35,835.
And here is the picture (isn't she a beauty?):

I am new to Mazdas, had Hondas so far, so I am sure will be around asking questions.
