Is this a good Price?

I found a Xbox 360 shipped to me for $290.94; Includes the Xbox 360 System, Hard Drive 20G, Wireless Controller, Xbox Live Headset, Component HD AV Cable, and an Ethernet Cable.
This is a new unit, it is not a referb. I was wondering if anyone has seen a better price on this or if this is a good deal?

Decent deal BUT....Where is it coming from....Sometimes a few dollars more is worth a reputable seller.

And if you get a new one from like Best buy or CC..The new stock has HDMI on the Regualr ones now..you might be getting an old stock item they are trying to move that does not have the HDMI output.

it's coming for a company called meijer, as far as I can see it's going to be shipped from Ohio. The company seems to be reputable, but they aren't local to me. But on another note, my brother works for Best Buy in Delaware, so he's checking to see if his Mgr will price mathc for me.
