If you are planning on 20 psi and the z32 maf, you will want to add a map sensor.
The EM is only good for retarding 20 degrees, so you'll be right @ the limit. I'm not sure if you'll need to use the resistor with the larger MAF (try it without 1st)
You don't want to shut off the O2 voltage to the ECU from the sensor. (will trigger CEL) Good voltage clamps(such as FM's) limit the voltage the ECU sees @ the onset of boost.
If you want to just shut off the O2 @ a preset rpm, you could do that with the EM using the VTEC function to trigger a 12V relay, no need for the greddy modifier, but that really is not a good idea.
What size are your injectors?
SDS 2 injector?
