Greddy E-manage for the MSP!

glad to hear man :) all this talk of emanage is making me want to order mine :( I am going to ES next week to get the 02 modifier and I already have a set of 440cc injectors planned from one of the members here YP5Toronto

time to order my emanage from ebay now :)
make sure you call ES first to see if they have it in stock, they told me they have them made when you order them, which means they don't keep them in stock, just FYI....

BY THE WAY, BEFORE EVERYONE JUMPS ON THE EMANAGE BANDWAGON...

i just wanted to say that i would like to get a little time tuning the car to make sure i am not jumping the gun in making the statements that have been made...

the statements i have made so far have been accurate as to my experience with the Emanage...

i just don't want everyone to start ordering the emanage and THEN i end up figuring out that something doesn't work...

just wanted to say this because i have not had any significant time tuning yet and i don't want to be premature in my assessment of what the emanage is capable of....

that being said, if you are comfortable with that, order away...

just don't want anyone blaming me for anything...

and, as always, i will keep you posted as to how the tuning is going...

well if it dont work i AM going to blame you :p haha

orangezooms has been working great so I am sure yours will also ;)

i am not really worried about you tekkie, you have been following the thread with everything that has been going on, i am just worried about someone who jumps to the end and sees that it works and doesn't really understand why or how...

are you using the timing fuction on the e-manage? yes i have tried the e-mange with spool turbo months ago. but i think its time to try it again. terry and i still talk about the e-mange and how to tune it. i'm glad it's working for you. i would like to see your maps after you get done tuning. and how are the wrx injectors doing? what is there peak duty cycle of the injectors under boost? keep up the good work!!!!!!

thanks justin h.

yeah, orangezoom is the real hero here, i am just working off of what he has helped me with...all of his maps are in this thread and he has been a tremendous help, i really can't thank you enough orangezoom for the support you have provided.

i don't know what my duty cycle is right now, i will check it out and let you know, but the wrx injectors are working great

is thre a part number for the wrx injectors (or a model/year) im gonna jump on the emanage bandwagon, i got my air/water setup (different than orangezoom but he was the inspiration ) in the works so i wanna get it movin.

and excellent work. lots of progress!!

just get them from a '02 or '03 or possibly '04, they are stock injectors, 440cc and are light blue...

if you search around here, there are some pictures of some, i think i might have posted some pictures a few pages back, not sure though...

here is the latest update:

1. Car is running better than it ever has, i have tuned a little but not much yet.

2. i have a new turbo coming in this week, so once that goes on, i will tune for the new turbo

3. i am going to the track friday night, so i will have some numbers of what this thing will run with the emanage and new turbo

4. i will spend the majority of the day friday tuning before i go to the track and i will have some maps available for you this weekend.

5. i will be posting some pics of my latest wiring and some of the latest finds as far as getting this to run smooth as silk.

that's all for now, i will keep you updated this week...

im gald to see people are doing this again... i didnt even know people were trying the emanage again..

i had an emanage before i was turbo and i could not get it to keep settings but at that time i didnt have a o2 modifier...

i think im gonna get an emanage again and try it...

now i have a turbo and now i have to try and keep up with my good friend azian6er b/c we always drive together and now he is way to damn fast for me..

did you guys have to change switched or add resistors internally on the emanage unit?

you have to wire a resistor in-line for part of the install, but that's it...

you can find an install guide from turboge when he did the install originally, just do a search, it is still posted in that thread...it is the one i used
