your the one running your lip. I am just figuring s*** out. thanks notorius.Notorious said:you don't have proper fuel maps because you dont have an e-manage. Funny everytime you talk your car keeps losing parts. Do us all a favor and leave.
Yea I had the same problem myself1FASTMSP said:Well, figured one thing out so far, the anti-engine stalling feature is junk! it does not work worth a flip...i was trying to get rid of the bypass valve and just run my hks ssqv, but it didn't like that...so, i will start trying to actually tune this thing tomorrow
can you do me a favor and post a pic of your parameter settings...when i try to enter the new size of the injectors, the car will not idle, but i can enter the same size for both old and new injectors and the car will idle and run great until i start to hit boost, then it dumps fuel like crazy. thanks....orangezoom said:Yea I had the same problem myself
How long till the O2 modifier is in? How hard is it to tune with emanage?1FASTMSP said:well, here is the latest update, i spent the night tuning with a friend and we figured out that the car will not run right until i get the O2 modifier in from Essential Speed. (by the way, orangezoom has already said this, just confirming this point about the emanage) So, i have the car up and running, but i am not going to continue tuning until i get the last piece in, but everything else is in place including the WRX injectors(they are direct drop-in, no modification) and the walbro fuel pump. the first few pulls with it tuned fairly decent on only 8psi were really sweet, until the ECU decided it didn't like that, then i started getting detonation in the upper rpm's...i will post back with more updates as i get the bugs worked out, such is life in the tuning world....
LOL, yup i would've like to have seen it though...i have never been, but i will be out there soon...mx3ownzj00 said:Its too bad you couldn't have come to the autoX today, but I think the tuning is a bit more important now lol.
it is not hard to tune if you know what your doing, and i don't know how long it will be, the guy said it would ship out this last wednesday and i would recieve a tracking number...i had not heard anything from him by friday so i emailed him to ask him where my O2 modifier was and i still have not recieved a response...(doughpoke (bike) (chair) so hopefully it will come in this next week, early this next week, so that i can get this thing tuned....i will keep you postedmspeed101 said:How long till the O2 modifier is in? I thought that the WRX injectors need to have some spacers and such in order to position properly?1FASTMSP said:well, here is the latest update, i spent the night tuning with a friend and we figured out that the car will not run right until i get the O2 modifier in from Essential Speed.
