Greddy E-manage for the MSP!

well, the track sucked, not because of the car, it was running great, but i got down there late because we were finishing up the new turbo install and i got two runs in on 5psi and 6psi before the power went out at the track... i ran a best of 14.6 @96

needless to say, i did not have any time at all to tune the car with the new turbo, so this run was on old maps....i am just now starting to have a little time to tune and will probably take a week or so to get the A/F ratio's where i want them, then i will go back to the track and see what this thing can do...

here is a pic of what the A/F ratio's look like with the new turbo, keep in mind this is a work in progress, just showing you where i am at right now in the tuning game....

i will be posting more of my datalogs from tuning as i get time with the car and get the A/F's nice and smooth...
 
1fastmsp. if you want me to give you some tips on tuning on this emanage i can help you out.
pm me your ignition maps and i can give you tips on getting more torque and faster spool..

just the ignition maps? anything else?

are you familiar with the emanage or are you fairly new to it?
i am fairly new, but learning alot right now(RTM) and starting to get the hang of everything, i will send you what i have and let you look at them, any feedback is welcome, that is what this community is about right? ;)
 
i will definitely look at them for you..
i can give you some good tuning tips to get more mid range daily usable power.
have you messed much with timing at all?
 
yup, using the LM-1 WB, and you will notice as you look at the maps i have taken what orangezoom gave me and worked from there, but have not really messed with the low range, i have mainly been tuning for WOT...
 
what kind of timing pull are u doing????? do you know what kind of advance or decrease n the factory settings are????? Have you been to the track yet?????

i will be going back to the track in probably a week, once i feel like i have most of the system fine tuned...

to answer your question about the timing, i am pulling timing progressively to redline from about 3000rpm...i do not know exactly how much i am pulling right now because i have not figured that out yet, i just know that it is happening, i would like to find this out though...
 
with the scan tool my car was 40+ degrees advance that seems high as hell. then turboge somewhere said with the haltech he was + 38 at times... any input would help..

here is the latest from the tuning...

i have figured a LOT out about tuning the emanage over the past few days, once i have the A/F's silky smooth, i will post some maps that should be good for you guys wanting to run roughly 9-10psi with the injectors and fuel pump, otherwise i think you will run out of fuel...

the maps will be posted sometime by next week at the latest, i still have some tuning to do and will be out of town this weekend, so it depends on how much i get done between now and then....

i will keep you posted as always...
