with the Emanage wired-in, you don't have to make any changes, therefore you are not overriding anything, so it is just like stock...the O2 Modifier is a different story though, if it is hooked up, it is making changes as soon as it sees boost...

patients man, patients...like i said, i will have some available soon enough, just make sure you wire-in the O2 Modifier at the same time, otherwise the Emanage is useless on our car, trust me, i know....LOL!!!!

i will be datalogging some more today and tomorrow...

the o2 is going in at the same time I will problably be calling you some time next week for tips on tuning.

OK, I'm way too lazy right now to re-read all 13 pages of this thread. I read it all before, but I can't remember if this was mentioned.

What can I do with eManage if I JUST have the eManage box and support tool? I can get a killer deal on one right now, and I will get it if I can do some basic alterations without the extra harnesses for a while. I may still get it, anyway, and just get the harnesses as I go.

well, i just got my new MAF in the mail today, i picked up a 300zx MAF off of ebay for $50, it is 3" and will allow for more air flow so that you are not maxing out the stock maf so soon...i will be fabricating a new 3" intake piping this week and will post pics when it is done....

here is the latest log...enjoy!!

1FASTMSP, I'm curious. Why do you need a wideband gauge if the eManage reads the sensor, too? Can you just have a realtime display on the laptop?

second this question, cause if so I can put mine in now and get the gauge next month :)

Honestly man if you have a cheap hook up get it now anyway to save yourself the money, thats what I did. I plan to get the AEM Uego from Arunto either way because I want to be able to see the readings all the time, that way if you see it running lean you can let off the gas and look for the problems :)

I agree. I would get a gauge eventually, but I'm also impatient and want to start playing with the Emanage before I actually make any real changes. I want to feel comfortable with the setup before I start messing with settings.

I also want to ask, do you think that the Emanage unit and support tool + software for $275 shipped is a good deal? Does anyone know where I can find a better deal (maybe some sensors/harnesses included)? What can I do with it if I don't have any harnesses or extra sensors right away? I will be happy for a while if I can at least datalog to get a feel for what the car is doing...

THANKS!

can you use a palm pilot thing instead of a lap top? j/w
No, you can't. Even if you could, I wouldn't recommend it, if only for the resolution. I'm sure that you could get the support tool at hook up through serial adaptors that are available for pocket pc's, but the software would need to be ported to whatever OS you have (PocketPC would be the most likely).

that is a good deal for sure, on ebay the emanage is 260 + shipping, and the support tool is usually around 100, So I would go for that for sure.

I paid 375 for mine and it also has the ignition, injector & boost sensor + harness

look on ebay you can buy the harnesses on ebay all the time for decent prices
