the Xenarc screen.. it was touch but I took that part off

E6X is the engine management I have for my HiBoost kit. It will be operated from the carputer.

The touch screen broke two times already and I never really used it. The screen is too small to benifit from a touch screen unless you use a program with big buttons.

digitalww.com sells it I think, but I would suggest buying a Liliput monitor now. They sell 7" VGA monitors with touch screen for a lot cheaper than the Xenarc screens. They weren't out yet when I bought mine. Check out mp3car.com if your building a carputer. Every question you could have is answered on there, and if it isn't just ask. Just search, they hate it when you ask easy questions (like the nazi's on here hate it). They even run group buys now.

I had mediocre glare, the angle of our dash doesnt make for a lot of glare really. When I took out the touch panel, I seperated the glass from the plastic overlay and then re installed the glass (to protect the actual LCD)

Thanks for the comments! I got a lot of progress done today too. I wired up the E6X and put the final touches on most everthing. All I need now is to install the radiator when it comes in and load the map.

I think a stock P5 ATX drivien by my mother could bust his nuts on a 1/4. It's gotta weigh 4600Lbs...
