is it possible o take the front and rea axle off a 2oo3.5 protege and put them on a 2000 protege including all the accessories, brake lines ect?

there are quite a few suspension differences between 99/00 and the newer ones - why do you want to do this?

i want to get 5 lugs and all around disc thats all, but i dont want to pay a s*** load, why hasnt anyone made a conversions for the rear drumb brakes to make them disc, i would be happy with that. does anyone know of any?

is there anyway to get rear disc brakes on an '00 protege. i was thinking maybe using a conversion kit for the civics, could that be possible i mean they are both four lug, you might have to do some tweeking, but the lines wouldnt be hard to run, the cylinder for the es should be stronge enough to run them, it would just be the computer that wouldnt like it right. or am i just a complete idiot?

i don't think the computer would do much different with rear disc. you will need lines, calipers, brackets, rotors, hubs, master cylinder, etc. i don't think you need axles in all honesty. the front calipers are the same between 4 and 5 lug i believe.

yes it is possible to swap the spindles, brake lines, and e-brake cables (and maybe master cylinder if you don't have an ES) over from a 2001-2003
ES/P5/MP3/MSP... it all bolts up, but you need to swap to 5 lug wheels

the computer doesn't do s*** on brakes... it has NOTHING to do with the brake system, unless you have ABS, which in that case it's not even part of
the ECU... you CAN'T use civic parts on a protege.... c'mon dude, the suspension isn't the same! the car isn't the same! use common sense!

so tell me then what does it take to get disc all around on my protege, i got in a race the other day and almost rearended a suv cuz i couldnt stop fast enough. what do i have to do tell me plz

simple solution. dont street race. Also there is probably somthing wrong with your brakes or you have reflexes like a 90 year old man, 00 proteges are just not that fast without serious work.
