Another new addition!

Ok, so we'll move Miata setup discussion where it belongs.

Initial plans for the new as-yet-unnamed STS2 Miata are as follows:
450/300# springs (Swift, maybe Hyperco?)
OTS Koni Yellows
RB 4-1 header
Probably KCBHIW-style exhaust
RB hollow FSB
Magnaflow high-flow cat
...and I'm undecided on brake pads and wheels/tires ATM.

Of course, there will be a ton of $$$ little things to add in there, like bushings, end-links, rear shock mounts, refreshing everything in the car, etc...

Personally... I would spend the money on the good shocks initially and skimp in other areas first. You will see your biggest improvement with that alone.

My $.02

Yeah, I've been thinking something similar. Anyone have experience with AFCO products?

At some of our sites, as well as the Alabama site I've been to, that makes it a big plus in my book. :p

lol touche sir, touche.

Quick question: anyone know where to get poly spring isolators for 2.25" springs?

:) You know what works really well in helping smooth over the car buying stuff Todd? Just buy some sparkly jewels that equal what you're going to spend on the car. It really helps! :p

talk to Wayne (apexlater) about the BC suspension. Kevin seems to be really happy with his. I think they're about half the price of the Flyin' Miata ones.

X2, I think Megan would be much more enthusiastic about car stuff if that were the case!

I don't think Jenn would be that way...a couple sparklies here and there and she'd probably be pretty dang happy. :)
