(headbang) Rolled my first one three times and me and my GF walked out with a couple of cuts from winshield glass. People on here have been in worse than me. The frame is really sturdy to not collapse on the people inside.Rush said:Because safety-wise, I think the MSP is one of the 'best' cars to have an accident in .. I mean, how many people on the forums have been in crazy wrecks with them and have come out with only a few scratches and bruises?
Sounds exactly like what happened to me .. My bumper definitely slipped under the guard rail, hence the quarter panel being smashed in and the bumper hanging out.BlkZoomZoom said:If you push the tail light to the end of gas door then thats what my accident looked like. The bumper slipped under the gaurd rail (thank god) saving the frame and only taking out the quarter panel. Mine was 8700$.

Good info .. I'll make sure to pass that along to the body shop when I drop it off on Thursday.TX Speed Demon said:Make sure to your repairs are also made to the mounting braket that holds the back bumper to the frame. it's welded in under the tailight. If you remove the taillight you can see what I'm talkign about. I got in a similar accident and this was bent. After I got everything "repaired" my rear bumber never quite lined up correctly until I figured out the problem was here, not the bolt near the rear wheel well.
