As promised hardpipes are finally ready for sale. Attached are what all of our hardpipes will start out as. Everything else is up to you! You pick the powdercoating, you pick the flange, additional cost for aftermarket flanges(currently $5 for greddy), you pick the details.

Why should you buy our pipes?
* Notice that ours are SINGLE pipes, no ugly weld marks, no worries about variation, the CNC machine provides EXACT copies with no welding, just single smooth mandrel bent pipes.

*Our pipes are powdercoated aluminized steel. Not just any powdercoating, the best automated powdercoating available, the same facility Harley Davidson uses for its motorcycle components. This means we can back our product with a LIFETIME WARRANTY, thats right we will stand behind our product for life!

*We only use silicon connectors with industrial t-bolt clamps.

*Unlike our competition we dont charge an enourmous amount for an aftermarket flange additions

*Why wait 3 months for other hardpipes when you can have yours the same month?

*This doesnt require you to wait for a group buy, this is the normal price!

As said before this is what your hardpipes will start their lives as, all the finishing details are up to you!

Booyakasha! :D couldn't resist.

just noticed this....

I havent been paying attention for 6 months or so but last I heard the best solution to add a BOV, get rid of compressor surge, and avoid any stalling at all, was to keep the stock BPV in the stock location and add a BOV near the TB. Is this still accurate? And if so do these pipes come with both of these flanges or is the greddy flange mentioned in the first post the only one and it replaces the bpv?

I really want to see some powder-coated pics!

Also, DSM, do you plan on making a set for people that want to get an FMIC? I want to use a stock SRT-4 intercooler, and would LOVE to have a set of your pipes for it. That would be a GREAT soultion for a lot of us who will be happy with the 400hp limit of that intercooler!

PS - You have a PM

Looky what we got today....as you can see boys and girls everything is ready for customization...Those on the list please email me by this friday if you are still in. I will also be sending pms to everyone on the list. This is very important for those of you who are in the first 10 to receive free shipping, b/c if I do not hear from you by this friday your spot goes to the 10 people that I do have emails from. When emailing me please include your full name(both real and forum), shipping address, paypal address, and the following choices: stock setup, greddy flange(we recommend the flange on the IC to tb, but will put it on the 1st pipe if requested): colors either black or silver. If you want to run both an aftermarket greddy flange and the stock bpv please say dual setup. So an example of an order would be:

Greddy flange on black pipes

The pics below are of the hump hoses and reducers(4ply!), IC to tb pipe(will work with the injen intake), and pics of both pipes installed(minus hose clamps which I forgot at the shop). Now for those of you that are keen you'll notice that the bracket for the tb pipe isnt there. Well thats b/c we're still debating between a bracket like byohndspeed style and a stock type bracket, but there will be a bracket for the sensor. Hehe also notice how pretty a SINGLE piece of mandrel bent tubing is! By the way there are not powdercoated due to the fact powdercoating is the final step after cutomizing the pipes for each customer and I didnt think it right for me to have a set on my car while you guys are still waiting. Im sure there are still questions so keep questions on this thread and email me if you are currently on the list or would like to add yourself to the list.

What is your lifetime warranty cover and how can you honor a lifetime warranty not being a buisness?? Do you have a shop in YOUR name?

Actually we are a business perhaps you should pay more attention. Airflow logistics is in fact MY business(well I own half as I have a partner) (wiggle). Warranty covers against rusting and general defects caused by workmanship....

DSM-not trying to be a dick, but you can't offer a lifetime warrenty on things you don't entirely make.
not trying to start s***,just pointing that out.

well we do make everything except the humphoses, which are made by thermaflex. Now granted we must purchase our steel from somewhere but we do indeed do all the welding and bending, so we can soundly stand behind the workmanship. As far as the powdercoating we deal directly with the facility and have secured in signed documentation a promisary note to reimburse us for any monetary damages incurred as the result of replacement or repair of our products due to a fault in the powdercoating. This includes flaking, bubbling, fading, and non-sealing incidents. Granted we could of left powdercoating problems up to the customer and the facility(as they 100% stand behind their work), but I think thats dick to do being as that the money is sent to us for the hardpipes. This also helps us b/c if there is a problem with an aspect of the products we want to know about it so we can take appropriate action, whether it be a single incident which only requires replacement or if its a case of crappy work by the facility and we need to switch our outsourcing company for the powdercoating. Now as you're also curious this lifetime warranty does have fine print. Namely it only applies to the original purchase and only covers the intended normal use of the product. It is the standard product warranty implimented by most companies and was drawn up by an Orlando law firm. Its available to anyone who wants to read over it and any customer is free to talk to me about what is and what isnt covered. I understand that you and ********** have your concerns about the welfare of the members and I dont mind answering questions or clearing things up as long as it is done civil and polite, as you have done above. I have seen numerous scams on many forums so your concerns are justified, but I've done everything legit. Antoine has all my information, I'm registered with the state, and I've shown pictures of my products. In addition im fairly active locally, and the locals will vouch that I'm not some scam artist. Several members have contacted me telling me they are comfortable dealing with me b/c I'm very open and do not attempt to hide anything bout me, my business, nor my products. Every business has to start at the beginning, as people buy and use my products it will affirm my reputation as having quality products and good customer sevice...

So if you have the pattern done, why can't you just do a set in aluminum? The price of materials isn't that much more.

Britt

Prices are more expensive for aluminum, this was previously discussed. Aluminum pipes can be purchased from ********** or directly from turbohoses. We have several other projects that we are working on, currently 3 GBs to fill, so there is really no reason for us to take on yet another task of finding an aluminum supplier when we are already "booked" for other projects. THe demand doesnt appear that great to justfiy having more than one supplier of aluminum pipes.

these sound great, are these pipes for the stock intercooler or for a fmic. so the price is for the pipes powdercoated and extra for a flange?

thanks,
Daniel

everything is included...pipes, powdercoating, connector hoses, t-bolt clamps and stock setup...if you want the aftermarket greddy style flange then yes it is $5 extra. this does not include shipping and they are for the stock setup IC...take out your old plastic garbage pipes, install these, enjoy....
