As promised hardpipes are finally ready for sale. Attached are what all of our hardpipes will start out as. Everything else is up to you! You pick the powdercoating, you pick the flange, additional cost for aftermarket flanges(currently $5 for greddy), you pick the details.

Why should you buy our pipes?
* Notice that ours are SINGLE pipes, no ugly weld marks, no worries about variation, the CNC machine provides EXACT copies with no welding, just single smooth mandrel bent pipes.

*Our pipes are powdercoated aluminized steel. Not just any powdercoating, the best automated powdercoating available, the same facility Harley Davidson uses for its motorcycle components. This means we can back our product with a LIFETIME WARRANTY, thats right we will stand behind our product for life!

*We only use silicon connectors with industrial t-bolt clamps.

*Unlike our competition we dont charge an enourmous amount for an aftermarket flange additions

*Why wait 3 months for other hardpipes when you can have yours the same month?

*This doesnt require you to wait for a group buy, this is the normal price!

As said before this is what your hardpipes will start their lives as, all the finishing details are up to you!

I'll ask again ....Will you sell the IC\turbo pipe seperatly? If so how much will you sell it for?...Plus are there any pictures of this product installed on a car?

Yes I will sell just the pipe you are looking for, though I strongly recommend you buy both. Reasons being A. its a better price as one pipe will run you 125 plus shipping, B. it is not a good idea to mount an aftermarket bov before the IC as all you are doing is superheating the air, and C. the stock pipes will not hold much over 11psi before you start to develope leaks over time.

Ok now for updates, well it appears we dodged a bullet here in tampa with the hurrican but Fedex has somehow managed to loose our box full of flanges as of this afternoon(they promise to have them to us by tuesday but i doubt it). So for those of you wanting the greddy flanges its gonna be a few days longer. Next order of business, after several communications with byohnspeed we have decided that for the time being we will only offer Black and Silver, for the other colors please order from him. This was done in the best interest of the customers at hand, since he is already setup for other colors it would be much faster for him to powdercoat then for us to. Once we get caught up and all of our units are coming through production at a routine rate we may offer other colors, but for now its just too must for us to handle with having to test and release 4 new products with lots of customer variations. Mr. 11 you have been promoted to Mr. 10, so free shipping for you!! Whew ok I think thats it for now, back to the shop for more work! Oh buyers on the list please make sure you are able to pay via paypal this week, I will pm each of you when your set is done with the paypal address. Haha as far as a name for the pipes I'm not sure, never actually sat down and thought about it, though the name of our company is Airflow Logistics...hmm I smell a name contest coming on...

okay Im not going to be running a BOV at all.... I opted for the Forge Diverter Valve instead....I dont care about a pssssttt sound, not important to me..... Will this system work the the Diverter valve? or are they all going to be set up to run BOV's?

Not sure if anyone can answer this or not...

Is the black powdercoat the same, or close to, tint as the black injen intake? If I order these, I would like them to match my injen intake.

Thanks,

So these hardpipes are only good if you are keeping your stock SMIC or upgrading to a new SMIC?
Lets hope not because in his sig it shows that they are making a FMIC, one would think they are planning on them working together

i would like to know this as well since i plan on getting a black injen intake as well. But if not ill grab a sliver powdercoated AEM intake for a few bucks more heh (lol2) as long as it matches the silver they use too lol (scratch)

ok guys for those of you who needed your hardpipes asap, it may be a week or so, hurrican kinda messed things up and everybody is just now starting to get back on schedule, this one was kinda out of my hands so not much I could do except groan when they told me. ok diverter vavle question, I assume you're talking about the one that hooks up to where the stock bpv used to on the ic to turbo pipe? If so then yes it will work, just order a set with stock bpv setup. Injen question, im 95% positive these will work with it fine, as we designed it with that intake system in mind, as soon as production catches back up i'll be able to test fit final product and confirm. Ok now shipping, was quoted $15 for US cont. shipping(this may be slightly higher/lower depending on the boxing method we use) she was unable to quote Canadian shipping untill i bring her a final box with contents....pain in my ass if you ask me. If one of you canadians can send me an addy, then i can get a specific shipping amount when i go back. Intake, as said before its not finished yet, as we have 4 prototypes we just finished, it shouldnt take us that long once we get back on schedule and it will be offered to people who buy/bought hardpipes from us at a heavily discounted price. We're looking to offer it at the discounted price for repeat customers at around 40ish...but like i said its very early still so it might be cheaper or slightly higher...I really appreciate your alls patience and I assure you we're doing nothing short of burning all our midnight oil to get everything back up to speed and out...

hey dsm, since they aren't going to be available this week please take me off the list, sorry. i'm going to have to go with a local guys set he is selling. i'll look forward to buying one of ur future products tho.

if you can ship me a set of hardpipes for $200 I am 99% in. Let me know cuz I saw the other guy drop out. I need them because my stock pipes are ****** up so it would double as a nice charity act for you -=)

DSM,
Glad to see you survived Charley. He sideswiped you guys in Tampa and ran us over here in Orlando. All is well though, thanks for asking. Anyway, good to see a very affordable piping kit on the market. In reading your 4 pages here, I came across a few questions for you.
What size piping are you using?
Do you have any piping kits installed so we can see pics of them on a car?
Also some pics of the clamps and silicone couplers too...
Who makes the couplers? and what ply are they?
How far away is the mastercylinder from the TB/IC pipe? We don't need that cylinder wearing holes into those pipes...
Have you run any dyno numbers, temperature tests, or any other R&D to show if there are any gains compared to stock?
Will there be a bracket for the sensor that the stock pipes held?

Hope not too many questions, I have to look out for my fellow MAZDASPEEDERS. Looking forward to your descriptive reply.

DSM will the hardpipes work for a FMIC if you wanted to upgrade to that in the future or are the pipes applicable to the SMIC only?

Ok guys did a final test fit on monday and decided to make a few more design changes and additions. Pipes will now include hump hoses and also made a few changes to angles and entry points(mainly the tb to ic pipe). Overall I'm very very pleased and will have the new ones powdercoated and done tues night or wed morning with pics of installed pipes up thurs. Ok now for questions. Pipes are 2"ID(this was done in an attempt for those of you wanting to keep warranties), silicone hump hoses are 3ply(industry standard), but will more than likely be 4ply(if the new ones get here in time) Thermaflex brand. On the mastercylinder part, ours do not go anywhere near the mastercylinder but do rest against the metal lines near the bracket on the transmission, so far we've yet to see any negative side effects(no squeeking or wearing), but we also figured out a way to "relocate" the hose to avoid contact(I'll make sure to have a pic so we're all on the same level). Ok now testing... not really any reason to do dyno testing as we all know that hardpipes do infact increase performance, however due to recent slanders by another company we will be putting our $200 pipes up against their $400 pipes and thats all i will say on that matter until results are ready. Once again there will be a "L" bracket for the sensors. Whew ok I think everything is answered, now its time to get back to getting the test fit done for the midpipes and such so we can get those into production also.

big respect for going heads up on the dyno. good luck man. even if your numbers are slightly lower you got my money!
