SU Motor mount issues

Welcome to the world of aftermarket motor mounts.
I'm not sure what you were expecting but what you described is normal.
No i am complaining because people who have installed this mount said that the vibrations are very little and barely noticeable. I am getting VERYnoticeable vibes when i change from neutral to first at a stand still. The steering wheel and seat vibrates like crazy. This is only an issue when gasing it and changing to first gear.
Are the bolts too tight. I tightened them to 75 lb/ft.

lol yeah right. I've put over 8k miles on mine and it doesnt seem to settle down yet.
Well I have had mine for 2 months and its finally calmed down. When I first installed it everything was vibrating when idling with the AC on. Without the AC I would not get any vibs. Now after 2 months of driving the vibrations are there but much lighter or I might just have gotten used to it.
I can tell you that I will not go back to stock since the gear shifting is way better and safer for the tranny since it does not grind into third at all no matter what I am doing.

you have gotten used to it. GO rive another car for a few days and you will see.
I have the SU Mount and the vibrations don't bother me a bit. I suppose some folks are really sensitive or something (dunno)
I didn't use a torque wrench so I have no idea how many ft/lbs I applied.
I just used a long ass socket wrench and tightened them as hard as I could. The bolts were on tight as hell from the factory!

Should have added....that you will probably get used to it. LOL
complaining about the SU eh. try installing that TRZ, you'll think the car is falling apart!! lol. i actually took mines off today. i put a soft durometer 80. buttery! i miss it!! ill keep the trz for nights i think ima runhard long periods. its such a breeze to change! with the right tools ofcourse.
