WTB: misc turbo parts, msp/mp3 plastic engine cover

wow I don't know what happened. I'm going to blame it on a chemical imbalance from being screwed up on my medication schedule, but I suddenly feel like I totally went in the wrong direction with this. I really, really wish I could get back into the cam group buy and scrap my turbo plans totally. I don't feel like paying 3-4k dollars to piece together a proper turbo kit, then worry about my car being able to work as a daily driver still.

crap what have I gotten myself into?

I'm going to hope this feeling subsides when the drugs kick in again.

haha..(ughdance) ..cold feet!!! chris, you will love it, but it will cost you in both time and money...and of course the dreaded aggrevation...see my post: craked mani...but you have a more traditional MS kit so it should be a better option...if i had a MT i would have gone this route...good luck!:)

I wasn't kidding about feeling better when the drugs kicked back in. I made a seemingly minor change to my medication schedule but it totally threw me off balance.

bring on the turbos!!! booo the zoom-zoom-boom!

Haha, thats funny. You can keep it realiable, just don't go stupid crazy like i did...
AT the time i was single, had a lot of expendable income, and just kept getting wilder and wilder, i wish i had left it at 6-7 psi and been done.

ive been running 10-17psi going on 6-8 months now. Stock Block, uber awesome tune, most the time race gas.

updated the first post some more, cleaned stuff up a bit. things are coming along! I still need a manifold, s-pipe, down pipe, various oil/coolant lines, a clutch, a boost controller, and then misc stuff like gaskets, t-bolt clamps and I'm sure some bolts and such.

Yeah I won't push it past like 7psi until I know I have an awesome tune. I still haven't decided what engine management to go for once I get up and running, right now I just have an MSP ecu I bought from Ken.

manifold... check.

still need s-pipe, downpipe (I think that's the right term for the part I need.. something to connect from between the s-pipe and my MAM midpipe. Stock or aftermarket I don't really care, as long as it'll bolt up to my T25.

Edit:
-------------------------------------------
What I still need to buy or am looking for.. when I have the money :P :
- air/fuel wideband.. looking at the NGK because it's just a small digital display.
- oil lines. I figure I'll buy a stock pan from a junkyard or something, get a new gasket, clean it up, and have a shop weld stuff in for oil lines. I don't know how the MSP has it set up, I seem to remember something being installed between the oil filter and block with lines on it.

i have an aem uego wideband analog and digital readout gauge and sensor if you are interested. $200/negotiable and it's been used for a few months.

i have an oil return line if you are interested, used for a little over a year, make an offer.

i need to sell these parts within the next few weeks or i have to get rid of them. please let me know.

Not interested in the wideband, I definitely don't want the AEM.

The oil return line.. will it bolt up to the MSP T25, and where does it go to??.. I guess I just need to know that it'll be long enough to get to the oil pan or wherever the return line goes (turbo noob here).

sorry i don't know the details other than the fact that it's cut into my oil pan with a fitting and the other side of the line went to the t3 turbo.

1-month bump

Update: I'm looking to place an order to get basically everything else I need.

What I know I need:
- clutch (exedy stage 1)
- turbo inlet gasket (found on speedcircuit)
- turbo outlet gasket (???)
- oil feed line and fitting/gasket/whatever
- oil drain line, fittings/gaskets/etc
- s/j pipe
- wideband
- vaccuum lines
- manual boost controller

Looking at getting my wideband from boostcontroller.com. Will probably order manual boost controller from them too. I'd like to order as much stuff as possible in a single order to save on shipping rapage. Speedcircuit.net seems like they have all the gaskets and such that I might need, but I don't know which ones I need other than the T25 inlet gasket. Don't know about oil/coolant gaskets/flanges/lines/whatever.

just ordered NGK wideband with digital display, 20ft of black silicon vaccuum line, and a turbosmart manual boost controller (black).

I still need to figure out gaskets/lines/fittings, as well as find an s/j pipe for sale on here.

just placed corksport order.. corksport downpipe (no need for msp s/j pipe now) and inserts to change sound of HKS SSQV
